Locked Out Of Store

  1. I migrated my account last night and was able to browse the new store and find out how much a founders pack would cost me. Today, I can't access the store. I log-in using my details but I keep getting "Password/Username Invalid" However, I can still access the forums using my account by clicking on community (it takes me straight to the forums where I somehow am logged in)

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    EDIT : Also I have tried resetting my password using the link, but have not recieved an email (been an hour)

    MMMmm... this is weird! Have you tried contacting the Community Manager? Maybe you can use the Contact Us link at the far bottom of the website's page.

  3. Thanks for the reply! I'll try contacting the community manager now like you've suggested. I've just recieved 3 recovery emails and each link didn't work :/
