Hello!

I was reading the Minotaurs chapter history and found the relic known as The Black Spear. After that I got thinking is there any spears inside the arsenal of the Space Marines? I've always been favouring spears in melee combat.

If you mean by "spear" as blade on a stick there are plenty. The White Scars and Iron Snakes carry variations of them, the Grey Knights carry halberds and there are at least three primarchs who carried versions as weapons, Leman Russ, Sanguinius and Rogal Dorn. As for specific relics though, beyond the primarch examples, i'd need to look a bit.

EDIT - Minor correction, there's also the Spear of Vulkan.

I believe most spears would fall within the Power Lance definition.

I was going to say spears are made to be thrown so Blackmane only did what it was supposed to be used for But fortunately i visited Wikipedia and found out they are not always used that way

You do realise that to get that drunk he probably had to drink the entire planet dry!

Russ hated his spear haha, he only used it when the Emperor was around or for ceremony because it was a gift from the Emperor. Most of the time he preferred a sword.
