Hi Dev Team! Im a relatively new backer but I sure love the alpha gameplay and as a fan of 40k games think you guys are making something really great! I have a question about Rogue Trader Items, specifically the limited edition ones with zero quantities remaining. Will there be additional injections of these items or will they be removed from the Rogue Trader store? I am specifically interested in items such as the Chaos Litany of Wrath or Space Marine Power Axe, has my opportunity to get items like this and use them in the game passed? Also, with customization coming... how long until we can expect new items in the store?
That litany of wrath just looks awesome. I really hope it either makes a comeback or they come out with more limited edition items. I missed out on the first round, but I won't be the only guy without limited edition swag.
Those Relic items are limited by quantity. Limit being 5% of total playerbase if I recall correctly so when the population increases then stock of those items can be refilled. I assume they're also only available to Founders but I could be wrong. Can expect different limited items too because moneyz & SWAG FOR THE SWAG GOD! LOOT FOR THE LOOT THRONE! In fact Nathan mentioned in a recent livestream (in highlights video here @2:47) they're planning to put up a specific pack of themed swag for limited time because the Christmas Holiday is approaching.
I don't think we can rely on that statement anymore. It was made by Miguel Caron in one of the early twitch sessions and it hasn't been mentioned by the developers since (and they're prone to changing their minds). The Founder population has also increased by several thousands since the statement was made, and there's been no "refill" as a result of that yet
dev answered 2-3 weeks ago in a livestream, more of the old item will come, NEW limited item it's less likely for now, but maybe in future.
