nice. since that isnt chronological order, is that in order of release? or simply 'order that it was intended to be viewed'? i really want to read them in chronological order, unless it was intended to be read in a specific order, which it doesn't sound like it was.
I really liked The First Heretic. Even more considering that I'm an Ultramarine fan and that it's the "prequel" to "Know no fear". There was very good character inside. I really liked discovering the fact that there were different "factions" in the Word Bearers, such as Kor Phaeron and Erebus compared to Lorgar and Argl Tal. And now I love hating Lorgar and i fully understand why I feel like that.

Please do not use the word "Smurf". If you hate me because of the rivality between our two allegiances, i will be happy to argue passionately against you until the end of time as a true sworn ennemy. I hate the Ultra Marines as a whole, I hate how they treated my legion. You guys are so stuck in your ways following the codex. You have been the glory boys for so long you guys over shadow all other chapters. I can't wait to enjoy hunting all of you and your brothers down every day. I will go out of my way just to end just one of you. You laughed at my legion for being put down by the emperor. You think you are do pure and perfect but that will end when the Eternal Crusade gets rolling. You have no idea how hated your chapter is on this site but it runs deep.
I shed some tears when Lorgar watched one of his planets burn and was forced to kneel down in the ash if the city. I was sad and I was mad.
Direct your hate to Ward, not the chapter he ruined. Half of your complaints are problems he made progressively worse or invented in entirely new ways.
Ward made it cannon there for it counts against the chapter right? In all the HH books the Ultra Marines ate made to look the best of the best while chaos legions get the shaft. Its because of GW marketing that made the xii legion want it is to day. They kill off Ferrus but yet not Rob!! No lets put in in stasis and hint that he is healing witch is a load of crap if you ask me. The Ultra Marines have the most numbers and best gear and the most worlds to give them better things. Yet all other legions have problems but not the xiii they are flipping golden boys that can't lose or be broken like the rest of the chapters. Lets split all the remaining chapters because nobody should control that many soldiers.... It makes me sick how they get the best treatment compared to everyone else. Sorry for the rant I just hate everything about the xiii legion
So you hate me because of our chapter rivalry. That's ok, I hate you too, in a lore-friendly way. If you want to know, I hate Word Bearers passionately. You have found the truth of the Galaxy and you just accepted it. You turned your back to your brothers, to your kin without even trying to fight for your destiny. You didn't even understand that Ultramarines never hated or scorned you before the heresy, and regretted what we were obliged to do on Monarchia. You destroyed a dream of progress, enlightenment, knowledge and golden age for humanity for a false promise of chaos, ignorance, hatred and death. You fight without honor, without respect, like the dogs of The Gods you are. You were jealous of the achievments of my primarch just because your way of doing couldn't lead you to success. We lefts the world we took better than they were thanks to the simple truth when you converted yours with the false promises of religion. That is why I hate your Primarch. But at least, I could almost understand him. Now, for the leader of your legion, Kor Phaeron, Erebus and their followers, you can add the fact they were looking for only their personal power. Lorgar at least acted based on the truth he discovered, and i can't alter the truth of the universe. But your foul leaders only acted based on the personal power they could gain. And that is beyond each and every understanding or mercy i could offer. We will never forget, never forgive what you've done and we will fight until you will be erased of this world and the other, like the traitorous scum you are. Believe me I have. I'm glad to fight with words and swords against you as a lore-sworn ennemy; I just can't stand stupid trolls who hate my chapter because of something we (as Ultramarines fans) didn't even choose. So what, a stupid writer decide to troll every other SM fan by using our favourite chapter? Do you really think we love that? Do you really think we asked for it? and that we like being hated by people? Think a bit. To finish, if you want to know, i'm not fond of the Codex myself. The ones who follow it too closely are wrong, and even its author stated it.
