Can also run lifesteal on the weapon alone and ignore MoK, then still recieve normal healing and have bleedout

I take a certain pleasure in watching somebody with the Mark of Khorne die horribly moments after I've attempted and failed to heal him.

Just run near them constantly "healing" until they die.

thanks for your answer all I prefer the mark instead of heal because most of the time i'm dead before being healed in close combat....so the burst of regen isn't that bad.
