Let's remember all nerfs (For all who cry - Eldar OP)

    Update 1.0.5 - Sep 29

    -The Lasblaster, Hawk Talon and Sunrifle damage values have been reduced by 10%.
    -Re-balanced the damage and accuracy on the Reaper Launcher (when using the Starswarm fire mode), as well as reducing the projectile speed and its area of effect damage.
    -The smart pistols apply recoil even while locking on a target.


    Update + Hotfix 1.0.10a Face/On Edition - Oct 11

    -Embolden (Psychic Power) can no longer be stacked.
    -Protect (Psychic Power) can no longer stack.
    -Renewer's (Psychic Power) area of effect heal around the primary target no longer stacks.
    -Reduced Tier 2 Ceremonial Knife durability from 125 to 75; and durability regen from 25 to 12.5 per second.
    -Warp Hunter's health reduced from 11250 to 8437.5. Health regeneration reduced from 18.75 to 14.0625.


    Update 1.0.15c + HOTfix 1.0.15e - Oct 21
    -Corrected the Eldar Striking Scorpion chainsword’s strong attack force to be the same as the Space Marine chainsword.


    Update 1.0.21e - Oct 27
    -Reduced Eldar vehicle health from 80% of equivalents for other factions to 60%.


    Patch 1.2.20 deployed Jan 20th with updates, improvements and fixes.

    - The Swooping Hawk’s Wings of Grace have had their cost increased to 150 and their fuel regen changed to 30%.
    - Secondary fire on the Reaper Launcher now correctly triggers a cooldown.


    Content Update 1.3 & 20K RTC for you!

    - Eldar effective health has been reduced. However, compared to the other races a larger portion of their health is in armour (by default) to promote hit & run gameplay. Also, all Eldar have had their Toughness set to 100. Of the Eldar classes, Dark Reapers have the highest effective health now, and Warlocks/Swooping Hawks the least.
    - Destructor’s damage has been reduced to 16/tick (previously 20), its penetration has been increased to 120 (previously 10), and its cost has been reduced to 200 (previously 300).
    - Hawksear Grenades have had their damage and LP cost increased, but can only be thrown from the air.
    - The Reaper Launcher’s Starshot missile now overheats on each shot (although you can aim it while it’s cooling). You now move at normal speed while charging Starswarm missiles.


    New game update 1.6.0 deployed Nov 6th - Highlights, Eldar campaign and news!

    - Standard Tempest Launcher:
    - Increased aim time from 0.12 to 1.0
    - Shots interval from 0.14 to 0.2
    - Delay between bursts from 0.72 to 1.0
    - Heat per shot from 9 to 20
    - Master-crafted Tempest Launcher
    - Same as above but except Heat per 8.1 to 18
    - Fusion Pistol Heat ailment reduced from 2 to 1.5.


    I could not find about:

    - Reducing the speed of the serpent (but it happened after this top 10 )
    - Reducing bonus damage when the scorpion attacks from invisibility.
    - Reducing the maximum toughness for fire dragons
    - Damage reduction weapon on Falcon
    - Reducing the standard fuel from 2 to 1 on swooping hawks
    - Made scorpions more visible, and at the same time added an object that allows you to be less visible. (- Stealth wargear for Striking Scorpions now has a greater effect (reducing the rate at which you become visible while moving. ??????? )

    Look like that's it. Can anyone else do something to add?

    To be fair: Some of them were completely justified.
    What hurt us the most IMO wasn't direct nerfs tho, but indirect ones.

    The melee-update is a good example. It barely changed anything for our melee, damage stayed more or less the same, we still can't afford to get debashed. Yet ever since, it has become almost impossible to deal with a JPA or Raptor on your own unless they make a major mistake, really all they need to do is spam.
    In other words: everyone else got a substantial buff to melee, we didn't.

    On the plus-side, I do believe the LP-rebalance was most beneficial to us. Until the Tempest got removed from the game that is.

    Eldar are not OP, they are probably the hardest faction to master.

    That being said, as Rheeeva stated, some of these nerfs were perfectly justified (if not all of them), and Eldar still get to keep the melta bundle for their FD (which is OP without a doubt). Soooo, yeah. Eldar not as Op as some pugs would like us to believe, but some tweaks need to be done (both nerfing and upgrading), in my opinion.
