If you have time @MathieuLavoie I'd be curious to know how in depth vehicle sounds will be in regards to my earlier message as quoted above, also will vehicles get the pitter patter of rain on them in the next map?
rigth, i forgot about that one, but Ian did told me to have a look, sorry @Jova for the delay. So regarding vehicle, yes we will try to have distinct engine noise that reflect the size and horse power of a given vehicle. But for now, the only one that i would like to revisit regarding that, is the vindicator. The rhino and predator are basically the same chasis with different options, so i believe they can share the same engine sound. Yes we will support surface for vehicle, although it is not available at the moment. The collision sfx will reflect the strentgh of the impact you had. Now will it change according to the object you crashed into? Hard to tell since a big metal tank already give a strong distinct sound palette when it comes to impact and collisions. Not sure if we can support environment impact as well. I'll see what we can do about this. Hopes this help. Thanks for your input!

I heard the game will be playable on xbox. Will there be possibility to play with someone who playing on different platform? PC & Xbox or Xbox & PS4 or PS4 & PC ?
I do like the Meltagun's audio, I just think the sound of a blowtorch kinda gets lost in the whining of the jet engine sound. Here's something I cooked up: (There's a small gap in the hot air balloon's sound, try not to mind it.)
Voice-chat is in the hands of other people besides audio, for the time being. I have no idea where we are with it even. I'll try to find out more. We are close to having finished recording all the pro-voices. The process is long and takes time. Getting the files into the game is another issue. Have you recorded any Chaos God specific lines Ian? For the whole "put on a god mark, get a unique god cheer" we discussed before. Cant wait to hear the voice acting through, especially the Chaos side of it (and Orks, wonder how good the Ork guys were too).
