The Bolt Pistol is still 'lite', but the Bolter is very heavy and has lots of bass. Let me know once you play it in person.

Cant say that i can, or maybe its too toned down. Perhaps the whoosh sound of the heal/debuff is too loud compared to what im assuming the whisper is, an undertone of sorts? Where would we be without SB advocating for more DSP on the voices ;-P I hear you, but come the time I dont think we will go so far as DoW. They have way too much DSP in there for our game as we want the VOs to be understood in a 3D space (with our proximity curves the DoW 2D sounds would not be understood well enough). But in terms of performance, that is another issue entirely ;-)
Ah I see. The 'whispers' right now are mostly sibilants, and they have been in the mix from before I was on Twitch. In your video there is a notion of a language, which I want to avoid, since we can use the psychic powers continuously.
Ah darn, i was hoping for those. Cause lorewise each time a psyker dabbles in using the Warp he lights up like a beacon in the Warp and deamons flock to him from beyond the veil to whisper in his ear in hopes of breaking the veil. Thats why they screen Librarians after exertions to check for signs of corruption or possession. It could be in a deamon-like tongue like in the video rather then in English. I guess all i can say on that note is, to perhaps consider it? Also, perhaps its a bit too much to ask, but could you maybe show us a mini sound bit we can listen to so see what that whisper is? Or potentially making them decently louder in one of the upcoming builds as a test drive to see how it will work and how people feel about a more pronounced whisper? Im turning my earphones to the max and i cant for the life of me hear the whisper. EDIT: Actually im hearing something that sounds like birds chirping when i blow up my speakers to max. Is that supposed to be the whisper?
