All i see in this videos is that Bolter is clearly over performing compared to other races counter part. Try to do the same with Ork or Eldar and see if you can get similar results...
I mean, I have plenty of Ork and Eldar clips throughout all of my videos, and have some in my most recent one I posted here. Ork and Eldar weapons for their Tactical equivalents are very easy to headshot and wipe squads with.

You are wrong. It reminds me situation in dow1 in lang past. I was a mid player, but when one of pros shared me their secrets like another keyborad bindings i became one of the best IG players. So tools are always very viable and sometimes may halp even to bad crafter but only who wants get gud
sorry i didnt know that having roll and crouch keybinded to somewere specific was important to the meta ... you are comparing an rts where apm matters with a shooter , bad argument , keybinding in a shooter isnt important
