You can have a weapon with twice the RPM but the same bloom. How? Like this. Weapon 1; RPM: 300; ° per shot: 0.15 Weapon 2; RPM:600; ° per shot: 0.30 Tadaaaaaa, voodoo magic. Bloom doesn't not come when recoil reaches max values, it's totally different than Recoil. HB is better due to a better combination of ° per shot/RPM. It's simple as that. And you did about "manage Bloom", I'll put that on the typo account. And simply reduce ° per shot on the SC and it will be good. No need to go further or to nerf something or else. RPM bring by itself ammo efficiency (if ammo stock not done properly which is a bit the case on SC) and influence the bloom increase. But since bloom is built up by 2 factors, you can balance it through those 2 factors: RPM and ° per shot.

Be honest though, you think another melee elite can beat this guy? Melee isn't in the best spot right now, a ranged character with 600 Ehp is probably gonna be superior to the rest.
We have a ranged meta currently, do you agree? Kommondo, Possessed and Autarch will be melee. LoD is Range. So... which Elite will be the most usefull, skill and experiance aside, which one got the best chances to become a real beast?
