Are you sure about weapons mods being post-launch? So far didn't hear that in an official twitch. For elites however I agree that unless they've been secretly working on that, I don't think I'm getting my cybork anytime soon.

adeptus mechanicus first new faction? I'd actually like that, but pretty much every race as been mentioned by Nathan in one twitch or another, don't recall any official statements apart from: Tau and necron most requested, No guardman as basic class, if imperial guard would likely be mix and match of Imperium of Man forces, etc. I don't recall an explicit: adeptus mechanicus is first new race post-launch in about 1-2 years.

Apart from that, seems quite accurate and in line with what's most likely to happen.
