I was using one less than 12hrs ago as CSM. I could see my laser pointer and everyone and his dog were trying to kill me the second I started aiming..
Odd I was just on less than 20 minutes ago playing my chaos and I could see my own beam.... But they couldn't so I just stood back and sniped people off the walls because I was finding it greatly amusing. The only time people turned to fire at me was after the shot went off and their team mate died.
just used it again for a couple of games and once again .... I could see the beam and so could the enemy, perhaps its just your graphics card or FX settings?
