    So I bit the bullet and bought the Kommando.

    The Kommando itself is completely uncustomizable.

    It always has red details and it doesn't change to reflect your clan.

    It has 250health, 300 armor, 130 toughness.
    Edit, 3 stamina.

    It comes equipped with a choppa which does equivalent damage to an umodded choppa, I'm unsure if it has extra durability, impact, or anything else.
    A zip slugga which has an extra magazine of reserve ammo (200 instead of the normal 160), damage wise it seems identical.
    Stick bomb bundle, which seems identical to normal stick bombs, and 1 health pack.

    The cloak is very comparable to the non-vet striking scorpion cloaking setup. If you are at all familiar with the normal striking scorpions you know whats going on here.

    It uses the same single life as your normal vets, but you can have both a vet loadout AND the Kommando as options at the same time. So you basically get two vet life options instead of one.

    Uses oldskool voice lines which sound different than current Ork voices. I like the current ork voices better, but its nothing major and some people probably like the older ones I'd assume.

    Overall $25 seems pretty steep for what it is, when you can just unlock a comparable version for free. Though I think he does look pretty cool. I'd love to have the voice lines updated to the current standard Ork voices, the red changed to purple, and possibly even some limited customization options. That said its not bad at all, and hopefully the extra $20 helps make sure more stuff keeps rolling out smooth and consistent.

  2. I'm looking for a refund option it's overpriced trash
  3. Nanako Recruit

    I am very disappointed in what i've seen from it.
    I expected elites to be a tier above veterans, in their general power and availability.

    From what i've gathered, the kommando seems to just be a reskinned slugga nob, with all customisation removed. Your 25k RTC is entirely and solely paying for visuals, with no mechanical advantage.

    You mean they DID'NT make it pay to win? Damn, that's what we were all hoping for -_-

    Here are pictures of my Kommando and my "Freemando" which tried to replicate the stats of the Kommando. Note, the "Freemando" has an ammo pack in place of the health pack due to the current slugga boy health pack bug.

    Identical weapons, both using nade bundle, both have 3 stamina, and the cloak.

    I couldn't get the health/armor values identical.
    Freemando = 231 health, 303 armor, 130 toughness
    Kommando = 250 health, 300 armor, 130 toughness

    The Kommando also has 40 extra reserve bullets for the Zip Slugga.

    Outside of that small health/armor difference they seem near identical unless the Kommandos Zip Slugga and Choppa have hidden stats I haven't seen or noticed yet... Perhaps they have master crafted durability/recoil stats but it hasn't seemed like it.

    Also went ahead and tested the cloaked power klaw. You can walk around cloaked with a charged klaw heavy attack and oneshot people from stealth. Which to be honest was pretty hilarious.

    Stealthy power klaw, that sounds like fun. But on the topic of LSM whine, I think that all sane people would agree that we should simply ignore balance whine about the new elite classes until all four armies have their new toys and data can be gathered from all four armies simultaneously.
