This. It's been shown that Dark Eldar can swear off their ways and start using soulstones. Every Dark Eldar turned in this way would be 1 less soul for Slaanesh and 1 more soul for Ynnead, no? Sounds like the Craftworld Eldar have massive gains to be made from allying with them. Dark Eldar have less to be gained perhaps, but they're more power hungry and surely a deal with their own kind is more palatable to their arrogance than a deal with the races they mostly see as cattle. They are united in their hatred for She Who Thirsts at the very least, and you can bet some of the Dark Kin are interested in finding out if the Eldar knowledge of soulstones can be used to protect their soul without them having to swear off the pleasures they're accustomed to. Maybe the CWE would even support such a venture if it bore fruit, who cares if the DE are still torturing Mon'keigh so long as it doesn't benefit Slaanesh a yot, right? Eldar and Dark Eldar just have more to gain than to lose from aiding one another. Nothing either side is trying to achieve directly and necessarily conflicts.
As an eldar from craftworld Lugganath I had the chance to be spectator of quite a lot of Harlequin's plays. Through them I learned about the time where our race was one, and now nourish and fight for the same hopes as the servants of the Laughing God. Blame not the dark kin for what they have become, they ain't the only ones responsible for our Fall: we the eldar did it, and we the eldar shall fix it.

My character I role play and play table top used to be an Autarch before choosing self exile. Forming a Kabal of his own and well If it was up to him, He would kill ever single Eldar he comes across. Mind you, thats if he encounters them in real space.
