Redguards are not necessarily african black looking people Some portray them as arabians rather ^^ A lot of their look and design was inspired by the arabian cultre Part of their people look like moors other part look like arabians from the 1001 nights tales Plus, the commissioner wanted an arabian looking guy, since he portrayed it like that in his mind ^^
Great art, I have always aspired to try to do some digital painting, but I never was any good with it. But I have one small nitpick, I thought all Grey Knights were Psykers, so would they would all have psychic abilities?
As far as I know, only to a limited extent. "Common" (lol... if you can say that ) Grey Knights are trained in the knowledge/use of the warp and they are all potent psychers . Purifiers for example focus and channel their psychic energy into a purifying flame (hence their name). Tho they are the rarest of GK. Only a few score of them are in the chapter at any given time! The most potent psychers in the chapter are arguably the Librarians, Justicars, Paladins. And ofc, the Chapter Master + Grand Master. The the bulk of the chapter are the Strike Squads, Interceptor Squads, Purgation Squads and Terminators. ^^ Though even the lowest rank GK is a way more potent and powerful psyker then a common librarian X) Hell, they are directly descended from the Emperor's geneseed xD Matt Ward made them ridiculusly OP in the last codex... XD Might be wrong on some point, I dont have the new GK codex
If you'd like to know more precise info about the Grey Knights, I'll suggest you should check the WH40k Lexicanum :3 It has up to date and accurate info ^^ Ok, not just GK But all of the factions ^^ Thanks a lot man Appreciate it
I often look through Lexicanum as well as the Warhammer 40k Wiki, but I have heard negative things about both.
Hehhe well, good point The best thing you can do then, is to grab the source material: the codex ^^ Thats accurate as best as it can get
Then you will most likely need to buy ALL of them, after all the actual lore and fluff is rather large.
