Well anyway Funder Packages were already announced which makes this thread a bit useless, especially since those Funder packages could be utilized for additional stuff at a later point once again

It's funny you mention this. I was under the impression that Founder/Funder Packages were announced by someone too, but I can't find a source anywhere. Patrick Balthazar mentioned it in passing, here, but it's difficult to discern what exactly he meant by his statement. I was under the impression it was Miguel Caron, but I haven't been able to find a post by him anywhere which mentions anything of the sort. Has the Eternal Crusade early adopter thing been a figment of my imagination? Was it mentioned in an AMA/Q&A which I've not checked? Have I missed a post here on the forums about it?
It was posted somewhere as an "Exclusive" thing, I am not sure who of the developers it was but I would bet either Miguel or Lumpkin. It was mentioned that the Founder Packages would go online till the end of the year or next year not sure anymore.... I will look around and see what I can find! Miguel Caron confirmed in the twitc AMA they will have a founder program next summer, no more specifics about it.

Nice. Good work on finding the source; it's a real struggle sometimes trying to locate specific information from the numerous developer posts which have been made. They really need a dev-tracker for this forum. In regards to a Pre-Order Founder program...
