Don't worry too much about that, losing a fight is part of the game. You're free to go Tactical, Havoc, Sorceror or Raptor as well. We would need every position filled for tactical supremacy I was considering the Sons of Horus scheme, or the Lunar Wolves colour-scheme, but I'm not sure or how the game will support that. I'd say Black Legion is a safe bet. Interestingly, the Black Legion got their colour scheme from the Justaerin (who always wore black). Otherwise; regular Lunar Wolves/Sons of Horus would make us stand out more and additionally be more to the roots of the Legion, which is actually bit of my motivation and reason to dislike Abaddon.
I plan to play tactical with a nice combat bike However I will be a member of a dead legion looking for a place to further Tzeentches goals Personally I hate Abaddon, he was the reason we lost the battle of terra, forcing a retreat because Horus failed. Let's kill him as well Will you welcome a scout into your warband?
Of course, every role can play his part. While I want to create a fun and enthousiastic environment, I'm also setting my aim in approaching the military aspects of the game. Therefore scouts are in my opinion crucial and a fair (Chaos isn't fair, I know) way for reconnaisance. So yes, you're more than welcome, I'd like to invite you and Joe to join the website http://justaerin.shivtr.com/ and fill in the application, it's short and not too demanding, I believe. Might be a good way to keep in touch alongside this forum. While playing Arkaneth Terminator (when available) Undivided, I have personally a soft spot for Tzeentch and Sorcerors. I assume you know there's a combat-bike in the Rogue Trader section? RP-wise, Arkaneth has wished Abaddon dead for 10,000 years... feeling Abaddon failed when Horus perished and was one of the Justaerin more reluctant of joining the post-heresy Black Legion.
Yup. I plan to get the bike and tzeentch armour when I get my warrior pack Saturday I signed up for the website
I'll send you a referrel code, adds 4,000pts to us both apparantly. Great that you signed up, I accepted your application Edit: Received a 'thank you' e-mail from Katie; Justaerin guildname has been reserved and received by Behaviour.
Signed up as 'Ekaddon' on the site. Hopefully we can choose our own color scheme as the members of first company (Justaerin included) had red shoulder pads. EDIT: I also vote for Sons of Horus, the pics you put up on the site for SoH are the "sea green" colors of Istvaan 3, as time wore on, the colors turned more darker. Not quite dark angels, but not plain dark green either. Note the models on FW's site for SoH command squad.
Joe, accepted your application. I'm inspired by FW's models as well. So that's a route we might take. Istvaan III is still the place the Legion showed their 'true colours' as well. I'm still working on a draft, posting it here as well. I'm downscaling it compared to official Legion-structures, while avoiding having it too similar to Loyalist Rosters.
Update: Here's a first draft of our Armies' Setup. While the original post says we're primarily EU, that means not all of us are. If you're US or Oceania, you're welcome as well... War is 24/7 and I think it's more effective to have people active at any hours, Arkhona never rests. http://s24.postimg.org/6739sc3yd/legionhq.jpg Feel free to comment on the army-structure.
Army structure looks awesome and balanced in my opinion while remaining true to our heritage in the SoH. Looking forward to being at the frontline knocking out command squads in front of Failbaddons Black Legion!
"We have arrived and it is now that we perform our destiny. In servitude of the Chaos Gods and by the power of the Empyrean, I declare genocide upon the Empire of Man. I hereby sign the death warrant of billions loyalist dogs and Imperial Star Systems and consign their souls to our Dark Lords. May our strength be known to all mortals. Lupercal Supremis! It is human nature to seek culpability in a time of tragedy. It is a sign of weakness to cry out against fate, rather than bow one's head and submit. Inevitably, many shall fault the hands upon the sword that will fell the Empire, the Justaerin Legion. Yet, our Legion only performs our duty. To further fear us is redundant, to hate us is ignorance. Those more sensible would place responsibility on those who have forced the hand of the Justaerin. With some fortune, they may foster this hatred in a common goal and be masters of their own fate by culling the Imperium. Yet, ultimatedly, it was I who set these events into motion with a single shot fired, starting the Istvaan V Dropsite Massacre." -Arkaneth
