Not sure if it's true or not, but Eldar definitely feel like they vault and climb objects faster than Marines. I've ran circles around a shield bro as a dire avenger just hopping up and around things and they never could catch me.
Which is how it should be, we bound over low walls without interrupting our attacks or losing our aim.
