I could have but I am curious about what the other 3 factions think about queue-ing versus Eldar and hopefully also get a response as to why they leave or stay
I main Eldar and they are over-tuned in some areas. Still, I would play matches against them...until I came up against that new Hawk rifle. After playing against it in one match, I've left every queue since. I played a match as Eldar recently where I was playing Banshee. I was the second ranked player with 30+ kills. The top ranked player was a Hawk with 60+ kills and it wasn't a fortress map. Ridiculous.
Newish Player here. Started on launch day. I unqueue on pretty much any Eldar game that I see coming. It's just not worth playing. Bottom line for me is: It's not fun. Since it's a game I'm playing for fun, why invite the frustration? I don't feel completely outclassed at this point by any of the other factions, and this is coming from a LSM Tactical player.
Started to leave que asf of yesterday. There are just too many things that finally pushed me over.Their movement combined with orks teeny tiny bunnyhop means your not hitting them in melee. you cant dbash them, it just does not work. firedragons instantly destroy all transports, making attack just stupid. scorpions one shotting out of invis, or if you DO live, the cheap ass poison they have as a mod now kills you anyway. banshees beating everything in clang. swooping hawks not playing by everyone elses rules and literally never having to die, and their bullshit new gun. I honestly hope it keeps getting worse, until eldar cant get any games and ask THEMSELVES for changes (some already are).
No reason to queue versus that broken hawk. I've had enough fun being out ranged and damaged no matter what weapon I use.
Only times I leave queue is when Harkus or Agnithion show up(regardless of factions). Otherwise I play every map, every faction. Not that they're bad maps necessarily(Agnithion definitely has issues in the last fortress area though) but I just don't feel like doing Fort maps. They are typically long games that are low on the Experience/Requisition potential. I'm a busy man, I need me my 6k+ games.
I cancel queue or leave the game everytime I see eldar pop up. They are so heinously broken at the moment,it's just not worth the frustration. The combination of shitty game performance,shitty server performance,and the ridiculous amounts of cheesy bullshit eldar bring to the table just make it not worth my time. I have very limted playtime now days. I play games to have fun in what little time i do get to play. Fighting eldar is,simply put,not fun. So i refuse to waste my time being an xp pinata for that hilariously broken faction.
