They could remove the delay where jpa hovers mid air before slamming. I get why they used to have it. But with all the changes thats probably a QoL change that can be made to make the class more responsive without it being over baring.
So the upload limit is the difference between a normal photo and portrait on my phone, and I'm to lazy to hardline to my laptop, edit the photo, and then send it back to my phone where I can upload it from mobile (because I barely have enough bandwidth to make mobile versions of sites work). Enjoy rotating your heads 90 degrees for a crap pencil sketch (ran out of lead, much disappoint).
So, I take it you weren't around release, where Hunters Mark did 90 damage and could burst fire? It was nerfed out of the game before it made it to current state.
Sp SH get fusion grenade (ground launch ability)/melee (DA cringe)/armor life buff since they go melee. I can hear from here LSM crying about sneaky backstab. Tadeus is an elite member of this chapter, they are not running in a group of 30 together on the battlefield. EC allow already LSM to have a wider variety of weapons compare to any other race. In clear do not compare ANY W40k game already out to EC for balance or content. Even TT, as LSM would the one crying if we were like TT, I can assure you. Forget a bit about SM, they are not those who need to get more content.
This whole thing is silly. "I want the mobilty of a Jetpack and the ranged damage of a Tactical." I want the wings of a Swooping Hawk and a Kannon. Wish in one hand and crap in the other. Let me know which one fills up faster. With as powerful as bolters are right now (only a few seconds to drop someone), this setup would allow a single jump class to clear a railing of entrenched defenders in seconds. It's bad enough when they get into that situation with melee weapons, but at least the defenders have some time to respond.
Look... Space Marines... If you want to be an Eldar just admit it and make a character. It's ok. Really. We accept you for who you are.
Wouldn't that just make a crisis battlesuit? We should own our green tauness and just get jumping plasma deffgun users. Maybe we could re purpose those flying squigs in garrison to have bubble shields!
