They'll definitely bring more content by the end of the year. Some elite classes MAYBE even hero's. Some more weapons and war-gear. Some more world map features and maybe even a few new game modes. I do not believe any of it will blow people away or amaze as the core experience of Eternal Crusade isn't looking like it will ever change. Its been between 2-3 years of solid development and if you can follow patterns you can figure out what to expect from another year of development. If you like the core experience of Eternal Crusade right now then stick around because they're gonna add more basic content to that experience. If your expecting a big change to the current system then your just setting yourself up for disappointment. BeHavior has only ever done things their way. We may be able to influence their development by saying "plasma cannon too OP" or "Need more weapon mods" but beyond that its just a waste of emotion and energy.
I'd be much happier if stun were removed like the awful mechanic that it is if melee is ever remade into something skill based.
Personally what i hope for the new year is rather limited. Just a better optimization, less lags and some content added. I have really no illusion concerning the future of the game, i think that we have now is pretty much what we ever going to have in terms of content save the additions they already talked about as the terminators for example. And well, with DoW 3 around the corner my hunger for some 40k sweetness will be satisfied anyway lol.
