Did not know some of them are really sick. Hope they get better. As an aside, there were many hatred and salt toward Nathan Richardsson. Some are reasonable due to constant delays and some are not. In fact, Mr. Richardsson explained various bug fixes need more time to be fixed because of program codes that are all connected to EC. It is still true that developers have failed to deliver contents before deadlines but as I can see from this twitch, developers cannot fully control this game to bring what we want. Although the current state of Eternal Crusade is not substantial, We should not expect too much contents but focus on realistic issues first such as Bug fixes and Latency issues. Of course, Developers should periodically (weekly is the best) update the game rather it is tiny patches.
It is important to note here that this was their aim. It is not a "promise". Let's not get caught up in that hot mess again, if the patch doesn't come next week, as disappointed as we may be, let's try not to lose our shit.
Brent mentioned early from the twitch about Guaranteed contents for Next patch Of course if they fail to deliver it again then Total Disappointment but he did say Guaranteed so we should give them a chance one more time
Yea, this is what's guaranteed to be in the patch but it's not guaranteed to be delivered next week. I don't think so anyway.
You may be right but devs have been abandoned thsi game for a month now If they delay the next patch 2 more weeks then this game is not gonna go well. They need to patch periodically or this game has no hope. Like I mentioned, they need to update periodically rather it is tiny micro patch.
Abandoned? You mean when they went on their Christmas break? I don't begrudge them that, myself. We will see, just don't claim that promises were made when they weren't - you are adding unnecessary fuel to some players' fire.
There were a lot of things in this weeks Twitch that were music to peoples ears. Many of the most concerning issues were raised and said they were being worked on or being looked at. Also a few things in there that were a nice surprise. One of the best twitches to date. Hope has returned!
I am not pouring fuel to flame. Im only telling the truth. Well ya including christmas break so lets say 3 weeks. Through 3 weeks, majority experienced some serious latency issue and we haven't got any news. Last week twitch was just live gameplay without any development discussion. But this week twitch, at long last, we finally got cheerful news about their plan and their current situation, which is tremendous amount of relief. Imagine how Magnus felt during Horus Heresy who could not get any signal from the Emperor due to warpstorm. Anyway, I'll fix my post from 'Guaranteed next week' to just 'Guaranteed next patch.
