    That's even worse then as incorrect lifesteal is still there.
    But its LSM, so there is a bug, which gives you lifesteal even if you don't have the mod, might be that.
    Apparently not.
    Same with knuckles beating knifes despite being same tier.
    Thats putting a band aid on a forehead when you have ripped of leg.
    Fixes nothing and doesn't address the cause at all.

    Knife needs to be made relevant again and d-bash needs to last LONGER then fast attack swing duration.

    Founders basically asked for the lunge distance. Ages ago in the era of endless dodge rolling tacticals would smash JPA's. The JPA was basically just a one trick pony. If he surprised you, he might kill you. Otherwise respawn.
    They Nerfed the Roll, and when people kept complaining that tacticals could just run away and shoot the assault. They increased the lunge distance.

    Edit: Yes, if you weren't here or don't remember, Tacticals dominated.
  3. There was a point yesterday on Torias where I was on the ground level bridge between A and B points and I could see this blue figure zig-zaging towards me from B. Not even using the jump pack. All the way from B, thrumming his sword! He killed two people on the way to me as well. It was funny to watch! :D

    Couldn't even be annoyed when I stunned him perfectly with a Dbash (as his attack was so obviously telegraphed right?) and he just hit RMB again to chop me to bits before I could do anything...

    I don't understand the hatred for the lock-on.

    EC's melee is one of the melee with the lowest aim factor you can imagine in your entire life.

    There's another video drawing comparisons between SM melee and EC melee. They aren't that different in terms of distance traveled per attack. I'll have to go find it though.

    @Katitof I can't quote you while on the phone because disceting a multiquote will fuck up the formatting, but even lower teir some things having different durabilities isn't that big of a deal. Orks are universally harder hitting in melee so a DA is going to have a slightly harder time against them.

    Plus some people may have force upgrades. Like knives can increase the amount of force they hit a defending weapon with when they beat it out. In terms of the Orks, they have both force upgrades AND powered knuckles which turns even the shootas melee weapon into a competent melee option.

    Honestly, that's not a bad thing imo because the Orks are such a melee oriented race.

    How many years in developement?
    In 3 matches I had yesterday my d-bash was completely ignored by oponent multiple times.
    This is just beyond me that it still can be unfixed. Some patches are better, others making it worse but melee problem is still unsolved.

  10. It's not like we bring this up on a daily basis, with roughly one new thread a day.
    But wait! We still need more cosmetics! Im sure you can understand this is much more important, don't you?
    Basic things like gamebalance or fun must wait until we get new recolors for stuff we allready have, if you think about it you can surely understand this, or?

    Back on the topic, thanks at @Saeritan for doing this and making it even more clear.
    @Cegorach at first i really thought you call him out, and i thought the same "Must be a video... he ain't a cheescake normally"
