Can't remember, I think it was in the BL books about Fulgrim & Perturabo or maybe one of the Iron Warrior novels. From what I can recollect, Perturabo's initial stance during the early days of Horus Rebellion was that he became convinced that the Imperial Truth and the Emperor's "usage" of Space marines as tools to further his own agenda were just as bad as Chaotic enslavement and chose to rebel, not to embrace corruption, but unshackle his legion. Horus defeat, Perturabo's own inner conflict and further chaos influence then set him on the ruinous path regardless.
I ma certain its not the case. Perturabo was not aware of true nature of Chaos not before the events of Angel Exterminatus book. And joining Horus was not motivated by grand realization of Imperium's agenda, but by guilt and shame that erupted from razing of Olympia mixed together with depresion and feeling of being underestimated and disregarded by other more accomplished primarchs and the Emperor himself. perhaps not... i love those constructive long and elaborated answers that bring so much more to the discussion
You know that your race has most stuff in the current state of the game? Eventually, it will develop, so wait.
