Is sheild bro a holy cow?

    You're never getting healed because you probably force yourself to bleed out whenever you get downed. I can almost never get to anyone as an Apoc, because if there's a CSM within a half mile of them, they hold onto the spacebar out of fear of being executed and I'm left with a limp corpse that doesn't take needles very well.
    Personally I wish the fucking Apoc could have his goddamn guns nerfed to 90% again, that way not everyone and their mothers will treat it as a fucking Tactical with an instant heal. It's not babby's first healer, you should be keeping distance in fights, laying down cover fire and picking people up when you can get away with it. Not running around the map with needles jammed up your arm like a fucking drug addict.

    And no. Those classes aren't fine. The MoN might be, but the fucking Shieldbro needs some tweaks or some shit. I don't give a shit about the damage or sheer resilience he can put out, he doesn't have any ranged ability, so more power to the bastard. But he at least needs to be slowed down. Give him the Devastator roll, and slow his ass down a bit. Maybe reduce the cover the shield provides, but my vision for the Shieldbro was always this: A slow and deliberate class that can cover allies with its shield and soak up damage like a tank, but in need of support because he'd be vulnerable from the side or rear due to a lack of mobility. You know, someone defensive.
    And as for the Sorc... Honestly, I think he just needs to be able to pick people up faster. The heal beam actually takes longer to revive someone than the standard method of patting them on the shoulder, if I remember right.

    I fucking hate Chaos and want to purge them all as violently as possible, but I'd rather do it on the battlefield, not the nerfing tables.

    That's the problem with any stats, its how you want to view them. To me, that figure 5 is what I held onto because it broke it down per map. If Pegasus is being played more frequently then CSM are the winners because that is the map which they excel at. Figure 5 breaks down the aggregate to what I see as the immersion effect. That is more how I feel per map when I play.

    Data is good but you really have to know how to use it. You really have to undeerstand aggregating factors. The devs were so happy that the boltgun had the most kills. We know that is bullshit. If you play the game melee is king. If you aggregate assault guns (SB and boltgun) and melee weapons, there are many more melee weapons than assault guns, you can see in Figure 2 that melee rules. The melee overload is hidden because of all the melee weapon choices.

    Being After Being killed and killing Alot of shield bro I have just a single problem with them .... If They are supposed to be Defensive role then how are they getting soo good at killing .... Like lascannon and Sorc are meant to be support they never get 50kills in a match Expect @Darthy .. And also They just burp out the bullets and plasma u fired at them like nothing happend which makes me sad too

    Because you can't adapt to them, outsmart them or simply run away, besides they are killing defensively - like in self defence...attack is the best self defence, right ;) ?

    This is sooo true. Melee is king in this game. Always has been ! And right now SB's are the top of the heap. That should never be the case for a class that is supposed to be Defensive specialists ! Tank classes should never, ever have the most kills in a match. Fewest deaths ? Yes. Most kills ? No. SB's shouldn't be able to roll around like ninjas with that big ass shield in the way. Make them do the bunny hop instead and then they will be the defensive specialists they are supposed to be. Not the killing machines they are now.
    Waaaagghh was getting 60+ kills per match on Saturday. Honor Guard was getting 60+ kills per match on Friday night. Shouldn't be that easy.
    The difficulty curve is higher for melee classes but once you master melee then you can take over a map. Two or three good melee players on one side can easily determine who is going to win on certain maps and that makes the game too predictable and not fun to play.

    the Devs have stated Ground assault w/shield is suppose to be Defensive. everytime i see a Shield bro they are playing offensive. So i don't understand their thinking either.

    Why dont they remove his evade attack? like Sorc. Im sure that Shield must weigh something, considering its a weapon that usually on the arm of a Terminator(rarely does a Marine bring one into battle).

    I have to agree being told to "run away" from the shield by Devs was....well disappointing. not that i ever do. Why would I, shield bros are predictable.

    you dispute his claim of Shields never being nerfed with an example of how meltas kill shields? what does that have to do with Shield bros not being nerfed. in fact Melta got nerfed and Shield got buffed. so wheres your logic in that? it still doesnt prove that Shields have been nerfed. Fixing their force field coverage is not a nerf.
