Um.. kill counts? So basically player skill... If I get 30 frags a game on CSM they are OP. If I get 30 on LSM are they OP too? What if I do it on Orks?
If you do it on Orks, clearly having a huge HP pool and broken dbash stunning was their clever strategy and inherent skill, and how dare you question it! Like Kharn said earlier, Chaos really is a bit understrength in terms of gear. The difference is that since LSM and CSM were the only 2 factions for the vast majority of playable alpha time, and we all know who gravitates to LSM, CSM has been dealing with it by being better organized or better players overall. With some CSM breaking off to Orks, the faction is showing its unfinished state.
They only win 50% of the matches. Go watch todays podcast and rethink this thread. 50% win equals a pretty balanced faction.
have you? Tzeentch doesnt provide incredible dmg mitigation unlike embolden which means it never could have the same problem. Its stacking was also fixed long ago. Witchblade is completely different from powerswod as well. Reaches and swing speeds are different. Which, as orks can tell you, is huge.
I play largely lsm and can say csm aren't OP in the slightest. Only annoying thing is the pc, but lsm get that as well so it's a moot point. They are actually the most fun faction to play against at the moment as an lsm in my opinion; they are just better organised for the most part with a an advantage in melee that is way less than orks or eldar at the moment. Still would like to see lsm get the GA cap key though and see how that effects balance
Op you forgot another option to vote for... Each and every faction needs a serious re balance in so many ways that singling out each faction independently is some what pointless. Some things need to be buffed some nerfed others simply fixed to work as intended or even left alone, this is a blanket statement that needs to be applied to each and every faction as a whole but separate parts independently. There is just a complete lack of balance where so many things are out of wack and need adjusting. <- Chaos player.

If LSM GA get a cap key, then Chaos should get the shield, if neither factions GA gets a cap key then the Chaos GA is absolutely useless over the Raptor, our GA needs something or whats the point of playing one ?
