I've got a question, in what timezone are you guys living in? if we manage ourselves and make strike forces somewhen in the far future, that might be a factor we have to keep in our mind. ofc, its a "little" bit early, still, am curious. I'm in Central European Time, UTC+1h.

That is not needed currently. I try to make an IW warband after the game gets into an online status, but the leadership in this warband will be decided by the members of that warband. So if we agree on someone, and it turns out he is not eligible as a leader, the warband can withdraw him from his position. Anyway, I am CET, GMT+1. We can make a "daily shift" and a "night shift" (based on perspective, lol), but the best idea would be to organize the squads from the same timezone, ofc. Which will happen hopefully, that is why I collect the names.
