Kalgoan Raised himself gripping his Crozius in one hand and grabbing his bolt pistol with the other. "Let us Go We have had spent enough time with this distraction." Kalgoan said as he fired his bolt pistol back and began moving with the others. "Juvian Lead us the way to the Engines quickly!" Kalgoan said as he moved to the side of the tech marine.
Juvian shakes the sparks from his eyes, and spins on his heels. To fire while retreating would use ammo against a foe that seemed to ignore it, and waste time that he didn't have. So he brings up the schematics of the ship, and begins to run to the engines. He had to get there and overload them before they jumped, and make sure that his brothers wouldn't die in vain... if they died.

Huxton took one look around a blank armory space and began calculating their options, the father of the Iron Brotherhood well known for his near unmatched skill at mathematics had passed such strength of mind down to his legion and whomever had been so blessed as to break away from their treacherous origins. Here and now it allowed the scout sergeant to see every wall, every floor panel and even the open air in a maze of firing lines, kill zones and false compartments containing explosives. It was his fault they had walked right into this. "Hmmm...either this entire ship is a death trap or they intend to take most of us out here. " Hope had failed when sergeant Shulok dared to think the only trap might be in the warp drives themselves. "All squads deploy melta class weaponry and charges, get us down onto the lower level immediately. " No use trying to form up and flee or stand and fight here, best way to survive a trap was to avoid it entirely, failing that best get the hell out of dodge. "Axion organize a defense would you? " Bolter nesting firmly in crook of his arm Huxton took down to a knee and braced himself, holding his breath till the first shots would come.
Varus detached the heavy bolter from its position on the barricade taking the searing blast from the plasma cannon impact nearby as a cue that he now no longer had time to spare in supporting the rest of the command squad falling back. The Devastator swung around and moved in a path away from the Obliterator that could potentially take him on route to the ships engines, Emperor willing he thought he and the rest of the command squad could keep cohesion and actually move as one towards the objective. He noticed Juvian and Kalgoan moving in a particular direction and adjusted his path to meet up with them going as fast as the heavy bolter could allow in order to close the distance between himself and his brothers.
Darius scrambles over the barricade, sending a melta shot from his staff using his mind to cover his brothers till their over then follows with his team onto their objective.
"Keep Up Brothers Me Must Follow Our Orders to Stop This ship before it reaches Our home system! We shall not let these traitors dare Take the lives we were tasked to protect when we became marines!" Kalgoan said as he Spoke over to the Vox with his brothers his weapons raised he ready to fire if anything attempted a surprise attack on them.

If this is indeed a trap, would we not have to assume that explosives could be set overall and us actually defending this position will be our grave? If you are that convinced that this is a trap... Should we then not consider to secure the hangar for retreat, or see to get to the bridge to aid the First?" Axion replied as the two Sergeants stood in the Armory, the Astartes outside established a defense perimeter with half a squad actually stepping inside to provide cover to the two Sergeants if required. "Given we lack even vehicles, perhaps we could hijack one or two Thunderhawks." One of the random Astartes noted. ~~ Obliterator Battle ~~ @kanila | @TechCaptain | @Vulpas | @BadDo9 | @Avenging-Angel | @lord-watchman | @Donairian Slavicus roared loud as he charged forward and swung his Halberd in a wide diagonal arc, however it was grabbed by the Obliterator between two claws that emit out of apparently nowhere. He kicked the Captain back and threw the weapon after the fleeing Techmarine, only managing it to actually pass it to him as the Servo-arm grabbed the weapon mid-air. Slavicus looked down the barrel of the Plasma Cannon which charged up before Severus Cyrion threw himself against it, causing the creature to cause a hole in the wall. Without second thought the Captain leaped up to ram his Astartes Combat Knife into the throat of the Obliterator. However - the mighty claw moved immensely fast and grabbed the 3rd's leader by the waist, cutting him in half. The useless torso landed on the ground, just a moment before the leg was lifted up and came with all strength on his head, killing the Captain where he laid. Severus attempted to ram his Bolter into the face of the giant warrior, but the Plasma Cannon from earlier pushed the Tactical Astartes into a nearby wall on his chest. It glowed blue-bright before unleashing it's payload, eradicating the torso in entirety, letting only hands, head and feet drop to the floor. The rest managed to escape the alternate route, however... "Organize a defense while we blow ourselves to a new level and leave this area. Even if this room itself isn't an immediate trap the path out of it or anywhere from this level will be. We circumvent their plans and go where we wish, for now lets just get out of here and secure the hangars. " Even as Axion suggested retreat Huxton bared his teeth. "We don't turn tail and flee until we've got good reason to though understood? " Turning away the scout sergeant activated his vox. "Sergeant Shulok to command, what's your status brothers? Currently sitting in an empty Armory with the bulk of our forces nearby. " His eye flickered to a status rune as he spoke, voice trailing off realizing that the Captain was dead. Expression grim he looked to Axion. "We've lost the Captain and another of the command squad somewhere near the void drives. Do we have any word from chapter command proper on how the bridge assault fairs? "
Kalgoan- Kalgoan watched as His brothers Life runes turned to red, They needed to reach the engines. "No one stop Continue moving at all costs, We get to the warp drive or die trying or die taking it out, Until then we must evade the enemy at all costs since we are in a small group. As said in the codex, If a enemy force out numbers you be ready to evade then strike at there backs." Kalgoan said as he marched with the there tech marine forward. Trying to get there brothers minds off the deaths of the Sargent and there captain.
