First i´m far away from it. But i noticed the inventory is limited to 150 items. You can even "relinquish" items to get new space. Does this mean i can´t actually collect all the stuff? As a perfectionist in looting this would really mess me up. If some super grinder finds out i would be really interested.
I hate this. @NoahWard Let´s say i really want a mastercrafted PF. But RNG is not good to me. I never get it. Inventory is full. I relinquish some crap to make more space. NOW the shit i don´t want is back in the boxes. So i need to buy boxes till RNGesus decides i can have my fist. With bad luck i get the crap again i threw out in the first place.
At least on chaos side currently there do not exist more than 150 items. If they increase the inventory maximum when they add new wargear we should be fine.
Yes! That's exactly what I was thinking. I'd say about half of whatever you paid to get the item from a crate. So you'd get 500 requisition if it was from a 1000 RP crate, and 2500 from a 5000 RP crate.
If you relinquish items they return to the loottable. So if you throw away a compensator and open a 30k box you might find it again. So this is actually not a viable option.
Parhaps remove relinquished items from da loot table and make a new box that only has relinquished items in its loot table? A scrap box that costs loik 5k? It wouldn't effect th' loot table until afta' ye've already got th' item, meanin' ye've already spent requisition ta' get it th' first time Ye already got th' item once before, shouldn't punish ye fer relinquishin' it nor should it make it much too difficult if'n ye eva' want it again. Nor should it be too eazy ta' get back Could also allow Requisition ta' be used ta' buy more inventory space when th' time comes that thar be bunches o' items **Edit: Thoughts on ways th' scrap box would work (may edit periodically 'cuz why not?) Categorize items wit' two attributes. Received and In_Inventory, er R and I as shorthand respectively. Items begin wit' neitha' attribute. When ye first get an item in yer inventory it gets both th' R and I attributes. Th' only items in th' standard loot box loot table be those that don't have th' R and I attribute (technically it'd work wit' jus' items that don't 'ave th' R attribute). Once ye've gotten an item from a standard loot box it gets th' R attribute fereva' If'n th' item be in yer inventory it gets th' I attribute, and technically by extension it'd have th' R attribute Thus once ye open a crate, it gets both th' R and I atributes as ye 'ave received it and it be in yer inventory. When ye relinquish an item it no longa' haz th' I attribute, but still retains th' R attribute Make a scrap loot table, which only contains items dat 'ave th' R attribute, but don't 'ave th' I attribute. It'd only contain items dat only gotz th' R attribute Tie said scrap loot table ta' its own scrap loot box This way, th' basic loot table only contains items ye've neva' had before. While th' scrap loot table contains only items ye've had at least once before, but no longa' be in yer inventory
