I'm saying "unique" weapons like Ace Dakka and Rodeo Shoota which aren't unique in any way other than: "The other race gets it, so here's yours" weapons should be moddable.

The Ace Dakka and Rodeo Shoota aren't better than the CSM AC or the Stormbolter in any way, they differ than them but not any moreso than the normal slight ork changes all ork guns have vs marines.
