Hello, denizens of the forum. It’s me. Call me Jim. I think I’ve done enough lurking, so I’m opening up to the Immaterial Internets. I was lurking, because I’m interested in the upcoming game Eternal Crusade (I’m sure you’ve heard of it, hurr hurr, very humour). “Why are you interested?” you half-heartily ask me, deathly damaged from the previous pun. Well, I’ve always wanted to stride among the ranks of the terrible Astartes, or to stomp and smash with the glorious greenskins… I’ve tried to do that before, you know, but they keep ignoring my war cries, giving me funny looks…don’t they know a fellow green skin when they see it? I mean, sure, the green is cactus dye, and I’m not really of Ork heritage, but I’m as green and mean as any of them on the inside! From what I’ve seen of the website, Behaviour is doing everything in their power to make this the best 40k game yet. I mean, they’re taking input as early as now, like, alpha alpha! That’s practically unheard of on this side of the galaxy. Some of the ideas the community is coming up with is amazing, and through everyone simply discussing elements of the game, major and trivia, the game itself will end up that little bit more…refined. So, I am confident that this will be a great game, and I can’t wait to play it. Any other green-dyed fanatics out there want t o ask question or simply chat about how terrific the Orks are, feel free to do so! -stinging from the cactus dye, Gutless Jim.
Welcome to the forums! And I can assure you that you're the greenest non-greenskin I've seen in a while.
id like to make an ork character for my secondary which I think will be very fun. All those eumies runnin around just waitin for a taste of my big choppa..... my first attempt at ork speak
If you want to do a propa orky accent.... listen to a cockney accent. Then waaay over do it and misspell some stuff. If you have an ork codex it would explain all da flashy bitz. Have fun!
