After blocking the attack meant for his face Ferdinand was about to headbutt his attacker but his old companion decided to interfere. Groaning angrily as he got up off his knee and took his axe into both hands flipping it to the hammer side in a quick motion. When he came upon the winded mad man he took the wake over his head. First strike went to the center of the chest crushing the sternum. Second blow was to the groin, the mad man's cries were evidence enough of how much pain he felt. Third and final strike was when he used the spike on the tip of the axe to stab into the man's neck cutting the jugular. For added brutality and generally because Ferdinand was especially angry he stomped onto the man's skull until it was indented and something leaked from their ears. Ferdinand ignored his one time companion and moved onto killing the rest of these heathens.
Elisa sharply inhaled in pain from the axe blow to her shoulder but didn't touch the wound, considering her foe was on the attack (the time for actually healing the wound would be after the fighting had died down). So she used one of her blades to help guard against the incoming attack, while she said to him "Well, you made the mistake of picking a fight with me, so really, you're the one who's dying today." With that said, the mage then called upon her magic one more, performing her Arcane Blast but altering the shape of the spell to focus the magic solely upon her target, non-defending hand providing the physical movement to aid her casting by throwing something that would hopefully be her spell towards her foe.
Ori sidestepped, his head still aching, shoulder sore. He had enough, he cared deeply for his men. He ducked and delivered a elbow to the man's groin. He rushed over to his last retainer, he caught the peculiar sight of the bandit who had kicked him..and his strange furry thing popping from under his shirt. He was planning some good vengeance, he reached his retainer, using his momentum to spin and deliver a graceful spinning jump kick aimed at the man's dome.
Cyntheria tried to recompose herself. She was happy the pain she caused to the man. She had a smirk even while catching her breath and trying to steady herself. Her smirk left as she heard Noburo get hit. She gripped her swords tightly and let a small groan of anger out. She rushed the man to aim one blade at the man's throat and the other at the man's heart. Her body shaking in anger and rage as she screams out at the guy near Noburo. "Step away from Noburo or I will slice you open you sick bastard! I will rip you apart!" As she rushed him she let her mask up enough so she could bite into his neck preparing to rip his throat out.
When Benjamin shouted the bandit looked up confused. He was even more confused seeing a talking ferret. Then he got jumped by said ferret and it quickly turned to horror for him. "OH GODS, MY EYE!" He shouted as Benjamin clawed and bit it out. He stumbled backwards, as he got bit and clawed all over, out of the carriage and shouted in agony, beating his body all over to kill the ferret. Benjamin's tail got hit with by a fist, stinging a fair bit. The man's flailing came to halt when Shaila arrived, slaying the bandit on the spot easily as he was very much distracted. Her blow didn't hit Benjamin fortunately. The sneaky ferret couldn't stay hidden anymore, for Gwyneth has seen him and so has Shaila. (@Shadhunter you can emote killing the bandit if you so wish. ) @Vlayden Ori's elbow struck worked with brutal efficiency, the bandit could emit only a high pitched squeak as his jewels got clobbered. Gunther had an easy kill ahead of him, for the bandit was defenseless in his agony. Ori's kick on the other hand landed efficiently, one of the mad warriors fell unconscious from it's power. His last remaining retainer slew the other one and all that was left was to finish the one who got kicked by Ori. (@Valonox you can emote killing the bandit who's genitals got destroyed if you wish and @GrimFritz can emote killing one madman if you so wish.) Ferdinand's brutal kill, aided by Urghak, shocked those who saw it. They cowered and looked away from the sight, making everyone's remaining fight a bit easier. All other opponents were being slain and the fight was reaching it's end. @TuskatheDaemonKilla @OgrynLord Thanks to it, Ulrich quickly decimated his opponent. Half swording his greatsword he stabbed the bandit through the chest and tossed the corpse aside with his blade. Noburo's stab killed the one bandit rather easily, unused to this fighting style the bandit dodged his mutilated comrade but did not dodge the nodachi aimed for his heart. @Colapse Cyntheria's opponent got demoralized and in his hesitation left himself critically open and was quickly slain by her. (@BloodySoulStealer you can emote killing the bandit if you so wish) Elisa's blast did hit the chieftain, but nothing happened. The drain hit a bit harder this time too, the familiar strain making it's presence felt but it lingered a little longer. First the chieftain stopped, expecting to be disintegrated by now, but quickly he decided to resume his attack and swung his axe at Elisa. She managed to dodge partially, but because of the drain the axe swing glanced her thigh, hurting her leg somewhat. The chieftain's attacks were interrupted because he suddenly started convulsing. The spell's effects for some reason were delayed. "What...have you...done TO ME?!" Chieftain seemed to grow in size. His right hand's bones suddenly shot through his skin as it rapidly grew in size, tearing skin and muscles apart. The look on the bandit's face was one of horror and massive pain as his bones pushed out of his body, outgrowing the muscles and skin. Soon enough the screaming stopped and all that was left was a gigantic bloody skeleton and a pile of gore under it in a large blood pool. @Maleth It would have been a silent aftermath to the battle if it wasn't for the squires. The younger one's leg was still pinned by the dead horse and he was screaming in pain. "Someone help us, for fuck's sake!" The other squire shouted and tried to lift the heavy animal off his friend. Victor was groaning near death, lying still and bleeding heavily. Ulrich hurried over to Victor, giving a passing appraising glance at Elisa. Ulrich lifted Victor in his arms and hurried on over to the carriage with his wounded friend. "I-I'm sorry, I got careless." Victor groaned, blood drooling out of his mouth. "Don't talk, keep pressure on the wound." Ulrich put Victor down near the carriage and took off both their helmets. He tried to stop the bleeding by applying pressure. "Gwyneth! We need you here, there are wounded!" He shouted at the saint. When nothing else but crying was the response, Ulrich shouted again more angry and louder this time.. "GWYNETH! GET OUT HERE NOW! THIS DEATH IS ON YOU IF YOU DON'T GET OVER HERE!" Gwyneth complied this time and slowly got out of the carriage, tears streaming down her cheeks. The carnage gave her pause and she tried not to gag. She knelt beside Victor and with trembling hands she placed them over his wound. Mumbling a prayer, her hands began to glow with warm bright light. There was a brief bright flash and Victor drew in a deep breath of relief. Gwyneth gasped for air and started to tremble. She covered her mouth and began crying again, her dress stained in blood. One bandit that went down earlier in the fight was groaning near death as well, crawling toward the forest leaving a trail of blood behind him. "Someone find out what that scum knows!" Ulrich ordered and made sure Victor was alright.
The ferret didn't at all try to hide now, sliding down into the pants and gnawing at the side of the poor man's kneecap - having seen the incoming fighter, he at least tried to distract him for that extra second before getting the bandit killed. Either way he'd soon leap out and give off a laugh, his tiny front foots (or hands-- Not really, hands.. it's a ferret) raising in accomplishment, as though cheering at Shaila "AHAA! YEA!" He looked about now, trying to see whoever else might've needed help. "C'mon! Le's get th others around 'ere!" Despite being a talking ferret... He certainly seemed to be focused more on helping, at least. Poor bandit, though. He skipped over towards where the squires were, his eyes darting around their surroundings, making sure ethere wasn't anything else that was going to try and kill them. He had good eyes, and certainly better hearing than the humans.
"It is not polite to scream at the lady," Noburo told Ulrich as he approached the carriage, cleaning the blood from his nodachi but not returning the blade in the scabbard. "I see that your order taught you some things about combat, but nothing about a courtesy of a knight." Ignoring the knight for now, the Kensei knelt down besides Gwyneth and placed a hand on her shoulder. "No need for tears lady Gwyneth. The battle is over, you are safe now. Come, there is nothing for you to see here," he said and gestured for her to return inside the carriage, but making no attempt to force her to do so if she didn't want it, while also placing himself between her and anyone else who might try to "persuade" her into doing something else.
A single thrust straight through the bandit's side was all that was needed to finish him off. Shaila glanced around and found that the fight was over. She then removed her helm with a heavy sigh. She heard Gwyneth as she stepped out of the carriage and made her way over to Victor. Shaila followed close behind, though it pained her not to rush over to the squires. She hoped another would be there shortly, if not, she'd be there. Shaila sat a hand on Gwyneth's opposite shoulder as Noburo. "There's no need to bring his order into this." She stated to Noburo. "We're all on edge." She looked back Gwyneth and gave the softest smile she possibly could. "It's alright... You're alright." Shaila offered a hand to help her to her feet if she desired. "Come on, you can leave this mess to us. I can take care of any other wounds." She stated with a soft nod.
Once the fighting had finally died down and the only bandit left alive was dying and had no way of avoiding death even if they did try Ferdinand paid his attention to the squire pinned under a dead horse. He dropped his axe and moved over to help the other with pulling the animal off of the boy. While doing this he turned his helmeted head towards Urghak(@OgrynLord) "Well don't just stand there help!" He called out to his old companion as he began pulling.
Urghak came over to the animals corpse and borrowed a dead mans axe, hacking into its gut for a few minutes so he could start removing its innards. After a good amount of horse guts were visible he helped pull on the now hopefully lighter corpse. "How many did we lose, Ulrich?"
