Note,
I got roughly 263k RTP but only 173K +- availble on my account due to some items I purchased when the store was in this website, in the game I see all the 263k RTP availble.

So I patched the game went to the normal open server and tried to change loadout of my Space Marine.
Then I picked some items and they were priced 20k RTP.

once I click Save and approve the fee I get loop of unlimited loading animation (the diamond shape in the middle of the screen).

anyone else encountered this?

Same issue. Can't buy items and I have all items bought from the website. Just get stuck in loop.

there is also some problem with xp, I seem to get xp for finishing a match but on character screen I don't get those xp.

I also have this. I can't give myself a RTP weapon, and click save and it keeps the diamond on the screen and won't stop. I have to cancel the game via Alt ctrl del.

Same issue. I wonder if this is an issue with founder pack owners who bought RTS items on the founder server and then are now trying to purchase those items on the normal server. Hopefully theyll fix this soon.

I actually spent all 40,000 of my RTP before the game came out. Yet in this patch, I went in and had 40,000 in game as well. I now have 60,000 RTP worth of items with 20,000 to spare. So yeah somethings up. I also made sure the weapons I bought prior on the website were unlocked already so it's not a matter of my website account not being recognized.

For me it works fine.
I selected items i bought over RT and it saved them.
I bought ingame and it saved them too.

Maybe try to validate your game?

hm strange, but the issue isnt for everyone just some persons
