Oh i see, you are interpreting when he said "it is still on" as in "it is still in". So again, no. He is referencing on which percentage the FF is currently on, they went about FF being a vital part of this game working, ill try and dig up that info. EDIT: Here it is: http://www.jeuxonline.info/actualit...mmer-40-000-eternal-crusade-puissance-reduite Use google translate though.
Ah, then that post did not contain the full context of its meaning? I've checked a few pages back where is it referenced? Edit: I suppose we could just ask.
Sure, drop a question to him. I advise using the PM, since he seems to be unable to respond to anything on his profile due to some bug.
Anything can happen. I remeber watching BCP on twitch tv order friendly sunderers get destroyed. Its part of the meta game. As far as my own experiences Ive only had one vehicle purposefully destroyed by ff and that was because I accidentally ran over his buddy. Stuff happens.
In our favor the TTK is going to be rediculously long. You would have to tey really hard to tk someone to death.
Actually no, the TTK will be low, as addressed in the same post i linked: "Keep in mind that since this is an action game where TTKs are quite low and fire ranges are quite high"
On a light note, I think the devs have an opportunity to add some LOLs to the game specifically for those concerned with FF. Think of if a player gets enough reports/TKs, for example, a NPC grey knight squad shows up drops him in one shot and executes him yelling, "The heretics will suffer the ultimate punishment!" Add that plus whatever penalty they have in mind and I say you've got a system!
That will just boost the number of TKs, giving it a cool animation will just make it "cooler". Simply weapon locking and branding them a traitor like the few of us suggested in the FF thread will suffice imo (with banning for the persistent). Executing traitors with those gruesome executions will make them feel a bit more weak in their actions, and i mean who wants to see their avatar being the subject of revenge as his head is torn from his shoulders by an ally.
