lazy but effective way to learn german, play Silent Hunter III with German dialogue, with english subtitles by the way Silent Hunter III is a great submarine game, very fun and very deep (gameplay-wise not depth wise, although you can take it down pretty deep) but sometimes getting over to the actual patrol area can take a while and get a little boring, and its kinda old, still fun though
It's the translation.... they translated for example even "Blood Ravens" into german, though in DoW2 and even already in Dark Crusade & Soulstorm they were left in original "Blood Raven" instead of translating into germany. Everything else in narration was pretty good.... except for those stupid translations from time to time or wrong pronounciation of some names, like Davian Thule in DoW2
