Sega? If I recall they abused YouTube content claim on people just to get trailers for their games higher in search q's. They caused a number of channels to be wrongfully shut down.
Well considering that's pretty much all what Nintendo does these days (unless you give them a cut of an advertising fee) lots of organisations have begun doing that.
Bethesda? Seriously? Their leading products are littered with bugs and Elder Scrolls Onlines turns out to be mediocre at best. SEGA should go bankrupt for all the shit they've done on YT. As for Mojang - Notch is well on his way to develop an ego worthy of Peter Molyneux. I'm not entirely fine with that. Truth be told, I'm eagerly waiting for developer studios to be able to publish their games themselves. And with a declining popularity of physical copies and rising popularity of digital stores like Steam or GOG, it'll become reality sooner or later.
If by lots you just Nintendo and SEGA then yes but I wouldn't say two companies count as lots or that just because they did it makes it okay.
