No the world in the past due to invasions number of the military population have depleted over the past 1000's years. So the after speaking with the Adeptus Terra they were given access to recruit broken and depleted Regiments giving a more compositional and different ideals for better tactics as a Dropship Counter Regiments.
I can just be a badic trooper then but wouldn't a techpriest have more important things to do then be a vox operator? Like fix a baneblade or build listening posts on strategic points to get more requisition?
Just checking in - what free spots are there? And if so~, would having a 'nice' (as in: won't shoot you at the first sight of desertion / Heresy) Commissar be good?
