Two questions, what brought you into their embrace? What motivates you to stick with the Eldar for EC?

((I am a 7 year Eldar player in Warhammer 40k so ya... I really like the whole story about them. Well if I get to be a banshee they have a customer for life))

when you say 40k you mean the tabletop right? do you have any pictures of your army laying around.

I've never even seen a mini IRL, I collect the books and watch replays of DoW2 and the Battreps of tabletop games Very rarely have I seen an elder army.

Where do I start? Their aesthetics, being a prime example of "fantasy in space", their Mythic Cycles (which in my opinion are one of the best pieces of lore in 40k) - everything!

But this quote (especially so the last line) sums up the main reason they were, are and will be my favourite race forevermore:

I really love the whole dying race idea. Doing what they can to stem Chaos before they become so weak they cannot do anything.

I've played Eldar since 2nd edition from before they had Falcon tanks or Vypers.

Why will I stick to them? Well I like their lore and I like how they play and I like how they look, but I got started due to living in a shared house with a frothing 40k nut and a friend going to Uni and selling me his army dirt cheap.

I chose eldar because it was the closest thing to the Commorrites. I was thinking of orks too, but then again, I suppose eldar guardians look almost like kabalite warriors (minis are far worse though, and I prefer poison over shuriken).

Brother, half the fun is collecting and painting them.
