I mean. It's either good looking eldar, or helmeted eldar. It's all the same to me. Except it really isn't. I'd prefer good looking eldar.
Helmeted eldar still look good, most eldar are usually wearing their helmets in battle anyway, except for certain commander types.
They did manage to equip said orgy god with millions of ideally dehumanized super-soldiers who also come with the features of being quasi-organized and self-replenishing. Before that She had the Laer to call her champions, and they barely lasted a single novel. Said fascism also keeps the Dark Gods refreshed by a steady stream of desperate, despairing, frustrated and murderous souls when it's not hurling billions more into the warp with the latest exalted act of mass slaughter. Not really seeing adding a new sub-faction to a previously background level threat as being equal to giving that threat a codex and a model line.

If I recall, the Howling Banshees that are actually males that were accepted into the Aspect were addressed as females and given tit armor as well...I think.
