i like how this image is almost 2 years old and we can also see a modeller working on terminator armor on an old video but all this stuff is going to be post release. the mistery of game development.
To be fair, they were originally supposed to have TEQ at launch, but this later changed. They did make a few promises they couldn't fulfill over the course of the development, TEQ at launch and Open World are but a few of them. But I must admit that I can understand their decisions for pulling the promises a bit back, though some of my friends have a very hard time with trusting them (no referrals for me...).
I think the model looks good for a first pass. We all know they will touch them up and get rid of the "Cartoon Effect" -(High gloss and contrast, bold colors, non tarnish armor). Our Kin will look sick, trust me
