This doesnt prove the things you have written. We already know that every once in a while a WB strays and then they are executed or forced into "re-enlightenment". This is the entire point of the Brotherhood, to wipe out those in the Legion who are no longer "fit the bill". The Word Bearers dont accept those who stray (or the Dark Council doesnt, some Host leaders let it slide sometimes but they hide it from the Council because they know it is forbidden) and will punish the traitors accordingly. Suffice to say any WB who isnt following the rules is no longer a WB
