Hell... as counterbalance a Tzeentch Sorcerer should be able to cause Chaos Storms and annihilate enemies with spells...
I can't check UAT right now, can someone give me some bullet points on what happened to Tacticals? If and how much they changed?
I think they did, they feel better for me as well. I'm all for Eldar getting more "Run&Gun" buffs as long as their survivability is lowered like it is on UAT. That's how I picture Eldar playing, and that's how they do it in lore. Lost armor down to 90 base, but opened them up to a lot more flexibility in wargear selections and overall loadouts. It feels really good for me but time will tell.
The Shuriken Cannon is a beast but if they could make that possible, say increase his aimed movement speed to be just as fast as base movement speed(Not sprint speed) that would be sorta cool.
