The average ork is not aware of the WAAAGHH Presence, but Warbosses, and other leaders are very much aware of its presence. Ever read a book about Orks and notice that an Ork never reloads a weapon until they start loosing a fight? Or the battle starts to turn? An old Mechanicus book mentioned it opened up a Shoota & discovered that, for all its worth, it was literally a tubular chunk of metal, a handle, and just had a square hole for a clip filled with rocks and a trigger that was never attached to anything but a bolt to keep it from wiggling out of the housing. The fact they had proof that the weapon was indeed used to fire bullets was astounding, as the information came directly from a Space Marine.
If this is true than orks are the only beings able to use their weapons. So I don't think we will be seeing any bootable bodies in game. Just throwing it out there.
In this case I would assume so, but unfortunately for the rest of the universe it usually works the other way around in favor for the orks with there technology.
I remember I once read about a story where an ork found an imperial ship of some kind, then took it for a joyride. Even though it had no fuel. And how was he piloting it when he had no idea how to work it? Because he's an ork. And there was also the story I heard about where some imperial guard were fighting orks, but they ran out of ammo. So they pointed their empty guns at the orks and said DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA and the orks somehow died.
I might be wrong, but wheren't the orks made by the old ones to act as a immun system for the galaxy? They are virtually impossible to get rid of, they can make junk shoot and they are bad-ass...
So even with guns that had absolutely no ammo, the IG still managed to kill the orks just by saying dakka over and over again? How does that even make sense?
I think it's because they believed that they were being shot at an ork yells dakka to shoot so when the guards yelled dakka the orks died. Lol could you imagine a kid dying when he is playing cowboys and Indians when the cowboy yelled bang? Sorry for the dark humor
