I think I was one of the most level headed people when all of the down scaling of the game was announced... Never tried for a refund.. I honestly didn't start getting so salty till I realized that they just don't care about the orks. I mean they keep delaying things that were sold during founders... They still refuse to give any update on if the missing 2 weapon types are coming for the orks... They confirmed today that the looted 'umie bolter literally hasn't been started yet.. Like it's just been slap after slap across ork vets faces and honestly I'm shocked that there are so few ork vets as pissed off as me.
Why does he get a hug... At the end of the day I'll stick to this game like glue because I want it to succeed, I'm just saddened by some of the wonky business practices these guys are up to.
I'm not leaving.... But I'm going to keep screaming till we finally get what we were promised as orks.... It's shown that it works I mean look at the LSM they scream and they magically get new weapons and items and cosmetics.... If we scream I'm sure we'll get something.... Or just get banned..
If you want some sad music to go with that mood... View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apce5DngfZk The lyrics are actually a poem by Edgar Allen Poe. I'll quote them.
Poe and Lovecraft are my favorite writers. I'll probably read their works someday in an orky voice and record it, idk.
My experience with talking to people has taught me that when you sound angry, people stop listening to the words you're saying. But then when you're calm and quiet, they listen. Sisters of Battle player since 2006. Been there, man. Been there...
I was calm and quiet constantly and never listened to so I think it depends on the situation. It was said in another thread that it's a catch 22.. You can be quiet and not listened to and if you start getting mad that you're not getting listened to then they dismiss you because you're mad.
I think being persistent, calm, and reasonable will get the best results. But... the unfortunate reality is that bE's resources are limited, and they have to decide carefully where to spend them. It does suck that Orks haven't gotten their extra weapon types, of course. But yelling about it isn't going to solve anything.
