I bought RTC but its not in my inventory.

    Hello!

    So yesterday afternoon I bought 20$ worth of RTC hoping to bling out my Ork, the transaction went through but the RTC is not in my account. I immediately made a Support ticket, 26 hours later no response. I'm beginning to worry if I'll ever see my 20$ worth of RTC. what exactly should i do in this situation make more support tickets? if there was a number I'd call it but there is none on the support page.

    i bought in shop Steam Epic Credit Pack - 56.000 RTC, but my mone didn't apper in a game.
    The support is not the answer to my question.
