Hello, I am a founder and I was promised to have closed alpha access but do not have it? I find this very disappointing and unfair, I have been waiting ages and I paid money to play this early and still nothing?? Could I please be given my closed alpha access that I deserve and was promised when I purchased my founder pack please.
Apparently you are still a subordinate. That means you are below the threshold for recieving a founder's key. Increase the amount of rogue trader points you possess to a minimum of 40k and you should qualify for a founder's key.
