Well after finishing a book today elder are strong. Regardless my opinion is that there is a possibility for all the races to win but the Tyranids seem be be the most likely right now.

The orks will unite under the leadership of Ghazkull Thraka and will wipe out every non orkish species. Then they will fight amongst themselves and only one ork will stand at the end. That ork goes crazy and splits into 9 spores that have human/eldar/ork/dark eldar/necron gene seeds. These split up even more and eventually the cycle continues and the once mighty empires will rebuild themselves again. In short, there is no end to the Eternal War of the 41st Millennium.
