I still cannot figure out the spawn timers. Sometimes I die and spawn really quick. Other times I might have been playing for 10 minutes without dying and then when I try to respawn it is a 15+ second timer. Why are the times always different? How are they adjusted?
They are running indepentend from you. Every 30(?) seconds after the match started everyone respawns. The goal of this is, that not everyone spawns in on his own, but in waves. A negative side effect is that its benefical to bleed out as fast as you can. Afterall, it could get you in the current respawn wave. Nothing worse then to sit there hoping someone might rescue you, finally dying, seeing the 29 sec respawn timer, and knowing you could be on the frontlines again, if you just would have bled out instantly.
