How many hours per week do the devs need to spend playing their game on the live server?

  1. One hour per week.

  2. Five hours per week.

  4. Fifteen hours per week.

  5. All of Saturday and Sunday.

Forcing them to play this game would be harsh. I mean torture is outlawed in most places.

  2. Some weapons have been outright neglected since basically launch. I don't think it's a matter of devs playing their own game enough. I'm not saying they do or don't play enough, just that it's likely more to it than that.

This patch was massive and should be comprehensive but things still got neglected. There are tons of unique little niches to cover so whatever. Lots of very different weapons and abilities and items. But then overall the big picture the game plays very differently now for everyone. I think it kind of got away from them because of how different it feels. Personally I'm having a hard time playing now, not enjoying the current state. I like playing ranged but this is just ridiculous.

  3. Force them to Play support now. And i want to see that dude that says "Hey, this is intended! But it's still fun" afterwards... -.-"

The Devs should be willing to play their own game, and be willing to dedicate a realistic amount of time each week doing so.
If you don't enjoy playing your own game, you can't possibly expect anyone else to either.
Over at MWO, its not uncommon to see Devs spending their lunch time, or a few hours at the end of the day playing, solo and also in a group with regular punters.
There's also particular Dev members who do twitch streams, playing the game and showing work processes like modelling and texturing, really interesting.
Behvr should be doing far more of the above, we should atleast commonly see Devs dropping into our games, because they want to play.

They have enough other stuff to do (like working on the game), but a mandatory quota of play-hours would be a good idea.

I'd say 10 hours per week would be fair. That means 2.5 hours for each faction. This lets them get a good taste of everything and still makes for a stable work week.

    8:00 - Morning Meeting
    8:30 - Begin playtesting
    9:30 - Coffee/stretch break
    9:45 - Resume play
    10:45 - Coffee/stretch break
    11:00 - Resume play
    11:30 - Stop playtest
    11:45 - Midday meeting
    12:15 - Lunch
1:00 - Work on highlighted issues
    6:00 - End of day

And you could easily punch a clock for 4 days on this kind of schedule and still have 3 days available for overtime or other dedicated projects.

If anyone says a 10+ hour work day is unreasonable, I would vehemently disagree. If you want a good product, you have to put in the hours to make it good.

We have multiple accounts, so what you see on one Steam account isn't really accurate ;)
  10. Not saying that it isn't bad now(and was my preferred choice before the patch whenever I did CSM) but how under represented were Sorcs with Nurgle/Slaanesh/Khorne?

As much as MoT needs fixing, it should be fairly viable to use any of the other Marks just as regularly(with Khorne probably being the worst for various reason) on a Sorc. Part of me thinks that's what fueled the changes more than anything.
