Apothecary has a Bolter. Everything else is irrelevant - it has one of the best ranged weapons in the entire game and is almost as tanky as a Tactical. This means that you don't get punished for spamming Apothecaries. Simply put, Apothecary has the same firepower as a Tactical, so spamming them is a no-brainer. Warlocks and Sorcerers negatively impact your overall firepower since they aren't nearly as good in combat as Apothecaries are. So you need to be careful to balance them with more combat-oriented classes. This means that while Enhance is applied in an AoE, you will only ever bring one Enhance Warlock, since more than one is completely useless. With Apothecaries, you can have half of your squad deploy as one with Survival Vial, which cuts down the buff time drastically.
Equal in practice, perhaps, but their statline is considerably inferior. If I were playing Tabletop, I'd not be sending my Dire Avengers up against a squad of of Space Marine Tacticals. There are better options available to Eldar for dealing with Marines.

Vials are applied faster if it's used on others. You should know this, but you don't. So I'm not going to argue further.
-CSM- clan deployed 3 lascannons and surprisingly avoided any attempts to roadkill them by correct moving on battlefield. Serpent cant simply go in circles under three las and forced to leave points. We back to base statement - people dont want to be aware and just begging ti nerf something instead adopt their gameplay.
It was started from speed and why eldar so inferior to all others. I told that this inferiorness not so strong as eldar talks. In many cases this inferiorness even not exist. Actualy, devs always use some pugs statistics to balance, and they have reason to do it, but i havn't. So, then stop talking about people who running away. You can easely apply enhance to multiple people from one cast. No one even told about self buff. So, you even don't start argue. It was said about prophecy. I even surprise that you going to try this against organised experienced group. =)
